We all can name one — a restaurant in our favorite movie or TV show that we wish we could visit. Whether it’s Luke’s Diner or The Krusty Krab, there’s something about that on-screen restaurant experience that really makes our mouths water.
Here are 10 of the best TV-show restaurants that we’d love to have a bite to eat at!
Luke’s Diner (Gilmore Girls)
This place has really great food — especially their burgers and fries — but if you catch Luke on a rough day, the service may be a little less than gracious.
The Krusty Krab (SpongeBob SquarePants)
The Krusty Krab is home of the Krabby Patty, the most sought-after fast-food item in all of Bikini Bottom. Despite the somewhat grumpy cashier, they have the friendliest cook under the sea, who has perfected the art of burger grilling!
Los Pollos Hermanos (Breaking Bad)
We all know that there’s some bad stuff that’s going on behind the counter at Los Pollos Hermanos, but the fried chicken they serve there is so addicting!
Central Perk (Friends)
At the end of the day, it’s a good feeling to be able to take a seat on that old, orange couch and sip a cup of coffee with your best friends (and former love interests) in this hip and trendy cafe.
MacLaren’s Pub (How I Met Your Mother)
Nothing says “deliciously convenient” better than a pub that’s located directly underneath your apartment. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious and the company is Legen — wait for it — dary!
Bob’s Burgers (Bob’s Burgers)
The staff is a little unorthodox, and the upkeep may not be to the health department’s standards of safety, but you’ll never be disappointed by their Burger of the Day. From the Poutine on the Ritz and the Hummus a Tune Burger, Bob never ceases to amaze.
Monk’s Cafe (Seinfeld)
Let us be clear: the food here just isn’t all that great, and the coffee really has a long way to go. But, hey, if you really want a Big Salad, then Monk’s is the place to go!
Bluth’s Banana Stand (Arrested Development)
There are very few places where you can satisfy your need for a frozen banana quite like Bluth’s Banana Stand. It’s locally owned, and there never seems to be a wait!
It’s nice to walk into a bar where everyone knows your name to enjoy a cold one. You can have just that at Cheers, the Boston bar where you can talk sports, drink beer and have the cheeriest time possible!
Arnold’s Drive-In (Happy Days)
Arnold’s Drive-In takes us back to the good old days of burgers and fries served to you via four-wheeled roller skates. In addition to their old-fashioned menu, you can get all the advice you may need from the coolest guy in town. Just go pay him a visit in his office!
Unfortunately, none of these TV restaurants are around for us to enjoy a meal. However, we know of a really great place that is 100% real and ready to serve you: Cheddar’s! Not only does Cheddar’s provide a great environment and delicious, made-from-scratch food, but it does so at a location near you!
Head out to your local Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen and experience made-from-scratch goodness.
