Nothing beats a home-cooked meal, but with busy schedules, who has the time these days to make something from scratch? That’s where we come in. And now, we’re introducing our newest member of the made-from-scratch family, the Bourbon Glazed Pork Chop. Here’s why we’re proud of it.
First, we start with a 10 oz. center-cut, bone-in pork chop. Then, we add it to a bed of Idaho Mashed Potatoes that are prepared from-scratch in-house daily. Finally, we top the dish with a stack of our signature, hand-breaded onion rings.
Oh, did we say Bourbon Glazed? This dish comes with a generous portion of our signature sauce because we’re crazy for our “Bourbon Glaze.” It’s a flavorful combination of bourbon, sugar, onion, garlic, pepper – and other top secret ingredients that create the perfect blend of sweet, savory and spicy.
Our culinary team combines all the ingredients and sets it to a boil. Then, it simmers for 13 minutes to thicken and transform from thinner sauce to rich glaze. We make it every day to ensure maximum flavor and freshness.
