Besides all the changes in the weather that November is bringing with it, the eleventh month of the year is also bringing about some exciting changes to our menu! We’re so excited to be bringing back an old favorite and welcoming to the menu a new signature salad and four new drinks.
Back on the menu is the Apple Crisp A La Mode! Since apples are in season during the fall months, we figured there was no better time to reintroduce this dessert favorite back to the menu.
We take sliced apples that have been baked with cinnamon and maple, cover them with a homemade golden crisp topping and then drizzle caramel sauce over the top. We finish off the goodness with two scoops of creamy vanilla ice cream.
Our new Signature Shrimp & Chicken Salad is set to make a splash on our menu. What makes us most excited about this dish are its fresh flavors. We take blackened shrimp, grilled chicken, fresh greens, pineapple, tomatoes, carrots, toasted coconut and drizzle the whole thing with a bourbon glaze and a sweet vinaigrette.
If you’re a fan of the blackening spices we use in our Blackened Redfish with Crab Sauce, our Blackened Grilled Salmon or our Blackened Grilled Catfish dishes, then you won’t be disappointed with all the flavor our blackened shrimp brings ashore in our new Signature Shrimp & Chicken Salad.

Perfect! We’ve got four new drinks on our new menu as well.
Our new Island Tiki and the Cheddar’s Piña Colada both have the taste of the tropics shaken together, so even though the weather outside send the temperatures plummeting, these drinks will whisk you away to a cocktail paradise.
The Island Tiki is a mixture of Captain Morgan and Malibu rums, sweet & sour, Blue Curacao and the tropical flavors of mango puree and pineapple juice. For our Piña Colada, we mix together Appleton Estate Signature Blend rum, real fruit puree, a splash of sweet & sour and then top it off with Myers’s Original Dark rum. Of course, a piña colada just wouldn’t be a piña colada without the coconut and pineapple, so we garnish the rim of the glass with toasted coconut and add on a fresh pineapple wedge.
In our new Presidente Sangria, we pack in as much fruity flavor as we can! Strawberries, fresh lemons, limes and oranges are shaken together with Beso del Sol sangria, Presidente Brandy and sweet & sour.
Finishing off our introduction of new menu items is our Ruby Red Fusion Punch. For all of you who are fans of Deep Eddy and X-Rated Fusion, we’ve taken the best of both those worlds for a drink that will wake those hibernating taste buds.
We mix together Deep Eddy Ruby Red vodka, X-Rated Fusion liqueur, pineapple juice, sweet & sour and a splash of grenadine.
